Today was a double good news day. :) :)
First in the mail was my Temporary Practice Permit! That is exciting - and a relief that I filled out all that paperwork exactly how the State Board of Nursing wanted me to. I can officially practice as a Graduate Nurse under the supervision of an RN!
Second was my Authorization To Test (ATT). I can officially schedule the date for my NCLEX!! Hmm, the feelings surrounding this piece of mail were good, don't get me wrong, but also very SCARY!! I HAVE to pass this exam!! I will use all the fear that I feel right now to motivate me to study. Who cares that it is summer & the pool is open & the beach is calling me...I must, I must, I must study for NCLEX!!

Wow -- you have a lot of will power! I think I'd be studying NEXT to the pool!!! lol -- I'm in the same boat studying for the NCE (National Certified Counselor Exam) -- I have an interview today!! CROSS YOUR FINGERS!!
