Sore

So, I joined a new gym about 3 months ago. I really like it & it is totally convenient. I go to classes Mon-Fri from 9:30-10:30. The classes are a mix of weight training to cardio, and occasionally a Latin Grooves class. :)
Every 3rd week though, the instructors kick it up a notch! The 3rd week happened this week - I am sooo sore! I am contemplating going today, should I or shouldn't I? I still have a couple more minutes to decide...
But, I have to admit, this new gym is really working! I've lost at least 3 pounds since I've joined!
